Here at MTB direct we don't believe it should be the customer who pays for the postage, so there is no additional charge for postage for items posted within the UK.
 All orders for instock items received before 1pm will be posted out the same day. Anything after 1pm (or at weekends) we will do our best to get it out that day, but chances are it might have to go the next working day.
All items will be sent by first class post, parcel post, or we will use our couriers for heavier items. If you have any special delivery requirements please just give us a ring or drop us an email and we can work together to ensure that we meet you needs.
Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.
We now have a new warehouse in Stalybridge, which is an easy drive from either Sheffield of Manchester. So if you want to collect your goods, this can be easily arranged. The warehouse can be opened at anytime. So even if you want to collect your goods in the evenings, this can be arranged.
